Lamaze - Childbirth Education
September 14
This all-day course teaches Lamaze techniques to physically and psychologically prepare you for childbirth. Includes exercises, nutrition, breathing and relaxation methods for use in labor and delivery. Families Developing Healthier Lifestyles

First Baptist Church and Lincoln Medical Center will be co-hosting a health fair to wrap up Vacation Bible School. The event entitled, “Families: Developing Healthier Lifestyles.” The focus will be on diet, nutrition, and exercise for both adults and children. American Red Cross Blood Drive

Freshstart Smoking Cessation Class
Freshstart is a Smoking Cessation program sponsored by the American Cancer Society, designed to help you quit smoking in two weeks. It is a two-part process addressing new techniques for attacking the physical and psychological needs to smoke. The program is a positive and supportive experience for participants. This class is free to the community. Call Mollie at 704-732-5542 to register or to receive more information on our next class.
