VISITOR INFORMATION
Whether you are a friend or relative, a loved one's hospitalization can be an extremely difficult time.
While rest is important, seeing visitors can make a patient's stay more pleasant. At Lincoln Medical
Center, we consider your role as a visitor as one of providing emotional support to the patient, and
we recognize and appreciate the importance of your visits.
Visiting hours
Lincoln Medical Center visiting hours provide the maximum rest for patients while allowing friends and
family the opportunity to visit. Visiting hours are scheduled with the patient's best interest in mind.
Clergy may visit at any time if requested.
- Medical Unit (Third Floor), Surgical Unit (Fourth Floor) and New Beginnings Maternity Center - Open visitation 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Critical Care/Intensive Care - a 30-minute limit is allowed per visit at 9 a.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Limit two guests per visit.
Parking
Convenient parking areas have been clearly designated for visitors, employees, volunteers and physicians at no charge.
Gifts and Flowers
Patients at Lincoln Medical Center often appreciate gifts and flowers. Please use good judgment as to the
appropriateness of gifts or flowers and check with the nurse before bringing a patient any food or scented items.
Many appropriate items are available in the Gift Shop. Critical Care patients are not allowed to keep flowers in their rooms.
Gift Shop
Located on the first floor near the main lobby, the Gift Shop is operated by hospital employees and
volunteers. It offers a wide selection of items to suit most every taste, age and occasion.
Items available include balloons, flowers, baskets, gifts, greeting cards, jewelry, personal care items,
and a large selection of snacks and candies. Cash, checks, MasterCard and VISA are accepted. Profits from
the Gift Shop are used to purchase special hospital supplies and equipment. To contact the Gift Shop, call

Meals & Snacks
Café Med is open to visitors for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Breakfast hours are 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 am.
- Lunch is served between 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Dinner is available between the hours of 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Vending machines and a microwave oven are located off the main lobby outside Café Med and operate at all
times for staff and visitors. Food and drink should remain in the canteen area. Guest meals are available
in patient rooms when a patient needs constant attention and/or for anyone staying with a pediatric patient.
You may place an order at the nurse's station, and pay for the meal upon arrival. One complimentary
Pediatric Guest Tray is available per meal daily.
